ben's chili bowl
Ben's Chili Bowl was highly recommended to me by a former DC resident. I actually stopped by twice since my first visit (turkey cheeseburger with mayo) resulted in a "fail". Visit #2: Chili half-smoke with mustard. Either way, the food was delicious and the atmosphere cozy. No Bill Cosby appearance, though. Whatev.

aspects of arlington
So.. it's been almost 9 months. I have a backlog of photos. But, we'll start with a recent vacation to DC and Boston. I had the ISO set very high for my trip out to Arlington (which was right near my hotel), so many of the photos, especially with all the white graves, came out awkward and I really couldn't fix them without getting to that point where I felt like I was violating the photo. Some came out, but I'll leave those to dwell on flickr.
